Clean hotel, great service. Always have a luggage cart ready. Nice canal next to hotel. Downside is $45 to park. Self park is only 3 less, so might as well.

Very nice hotel. Location was beautiful to walk around. Staff were extremely nice and friendly . The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us with ideas for dinner, since it was a holiday and we got to the hotel close to 930pm . I would definitely recommend this hotel, just because of the friendly staff, but also it was very clean, nice and had a parking garage attached.

Great service! Me and another downtown nurse had to stay because of the bad weather. The price was fair since they had a “winterstorm promotion”! It was so close to the main hospitals and next to IUPUI! It felt very safe. The parking garage definitely could have used more lighting to feel more safe. But once you stepped into the hotel it felt safe. Accessibility was pretty good as well! Ramps were available! There are tons of amenities. There is a pool and gym. A little snack shop. The doors are locked at certain times. Check in was fast and simple. The rooms were MASSIVE! The biggest I have ever booked! It was so nice because it came with a full kitchen and supplies! The showers were hot! Rooms were clean! It seemed like a quiet hotel. Check out was simple too. Chris was super helpful! The breakfast was yummy. Had lots of options. Definitely recommend the hotel. Only downside I didn’t realize parking in the garage costs $40. Only downside.

Conveniently located downtown. We had a decent stay. The breakfast wss nice but the hotel was packed so no room to sit when you got your plate. The room was nice and clean but there was not any shampoo or conditioner when we got into the. Shower. They did bring it once told but it was a bummer as we had already taken a shower once. It was not all bad the staff was super nice and the location is clean. Would go back but will need to check the shampoo prior to jumping in the shower.

Everything was Hiltonish, except for the breakfast arrangement, the waffle irons vanished one morning. Only because I overheard from one of the staff that "some breakfast items are on 2nd floor), did I know about their whereabouts. We always use their waffle irons, so I felt I should call this out. The mystery was why the attached Hampton Inn needed 4 waffle irons. They should at least have a sign to tell guests.

Large, clean rooms. Good water pressure. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great attentive and friendly staff, location was great and right by the canal. Very clean hotel. Location is great- Restaurants and businesses within walking distance. The pool is huge and clean and well stocked w towels. Free breakfast offered variety of hot and cold items like eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, oatmeal and waffles. Bed was a little too firm for me but that is my only feedback! Thank you to the staff for a great stay

The room was less then 200 and I had to get another room for the next day because my flight was cancelled. That room was around 150 but both rooms were like living in a studio apartment more furniture then I expected and real plates to use. I'm like wow. Very very nice service. I could not control the air-conditioner. That was different. As someone going through hot flashes it was a little difficult. I could have asked about it. I was too tired. Four Pillows nice and soft. The sheet and blanket was nice One set of curtains closed. The other one didn't close all the way. The soap is a little strong. The complementary breakfast was ok. Make your own burrito breakfast.
